Amulet of Itzl
Not a very useful item. 2+ Ward Save against first wound for 40 points. Sure, it does save that wound almost automatically, but it would probably be more beneficial to get a cheaper regular ward save.

Aura of Quetzl
Obviously only useful against strength 5 attacks or more. Heavily armoured Saurus benefit from this, as they already have decent armour saves and good toughness. Most of the time they'll fail their armour save due to high strength, so you have this to back you up. Unfortunately, some heroes and the like are strength 4 and use no armour save allowing weapons, which goes through both your armour and this ward save completely.

Glyph Necklace
A more reliable ward save. For the same points as the Aura, you get a 5+ Ward Save that works all the time. It's really up to you on what you decide, and it will probably depend on what your opponent regularly uses.
